1/ General Conditions
The e-commerce of Charlies’s Clothing, a limited partnership located in 9100 Sint Niklaas, Kleibeekstraat 89, VAT BE 0838.335.267 (named “Charlies’s” hereafter), offers customers the possibility to purchase articles through their webstore.
Present General Conditions (“Conditions”) apply to each purchase order validated by a customer on the webstore (“Charlies’s”).
The customer formaly accepts these conditions when placing an order through Charlie’s Clothing’s webstore, therefor agreeing to the applicability and excluding other not negociated terms. Additional conditions are excluded except when explicitly accepted by Charlie’s prior to sales.
All pricing is in EURO, VAT and additional costs included (taxes and duties).
If delivery , reservation or administration fees are charged , this will be indicated separately. The stated price refers only to the articles as verbally described . The accompanying photos may include decorative elements that are not included in the pricing of the article.
Despite the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are composes with the utmost care, it is still possible that information is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. These mistakes or errors in the quotation are not binding. In reference to the accuracy and completeness of the information Charlie’s is only bound to an obligation of means. Charlie's is in no way liable in case of obvious clerical errors or printing errors. If the customer has specific questions about eg. Size, color, availability, delivery, or delivery methods, we advise to contact our customer service department in advance. The offer is valid depending on available stocks and can at any time be revoked by Charlie's.
Charlie's cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to additional conditions, these will be explicitly stated on the quotation.
4/ Online purchasing
Charlie's is authorized to refuse a purchase order should serious shortcomings occur at customer side.
5/ Delivery and implementation of agreement
After receiving payment, the order will be sent out within 48 hours (two working days) and via BPost unless otherwise stated. The actual delivery depends on BPost, normally within 24 hours.
Products ordered through the webshop are delivered worldwide.
Delivery for Belgium is done by
- Bpost: Euro 5,00 (up to 2 kg) -10,00 Euro (up to 10 kg)
Delivery for Netherlands is done by
-PostNL: Euro 5,00 (up to 2 kg) -10,00 Euro (up to 10 kg)
Delivery for other EU and non-EU countries: price on request.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise or differently specified, the goods will be delivered within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order to the residence of the customer, if requested by the customer goods can be delivered to a BPost package storage machine. Any visible damage and / or qualitative deficiency of an article or other failure in the delivery must be reported immediately by the customer to Charlie's Clothing. The risk of loss or damage is taken upon the customer when he (or a third party designated by him, not the carrier) has received the goods physically.

Until the moment of full payment, goods remain exclusive property of Charlie's. The customer commits to indicate if necessary to third parties the retention of property to Charlie's, eg. to anyone who would confiscate the goods if not yet fully paid.
The provisions of this article apply only to customers buying products online on the Charlie's webshop. The customer has the right to revoke this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, have received the goods physically. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Charlie's Clothing by an unequivocal statement (eg by post, fax or email.) of his decision to withdraw via Kleibeekstraat 89; 9100 Sint-Niklaas (Belgium) – (faxnummer?) - email: firstname.lastname@example.org. To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send this notice of withdrawal before expiration of the withdrawal period. Customer commits to promptly return the goods, no later than 14 calendar days after his decision to withdraw from the contract is communicated to Charlie's Clothing, Kleibeekstraat 89; 9100 Sint-Niklaas.
The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the expiration period of 14 calendar days. The direct cost of returning the goods are borne by the Client. If the returned products are in any way reduced either in value or quality as a result of using or wearing the goods (other actions then those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality), Charlie’s reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any decrease in value of the goods.
Only items that are in their original packaging including tags and have not been worn, along with all the accessories and the invoice or proof of purchase can be returned. Upon revocation of contract, Charlie's Clothing will refund all received payments, including the default delivery cost, latest 14 calendar days after Charlie's Clothing has been informed of the decision by the Customer to withdraw from contract.
However Charlie's Clothing may withhold reimbursement until reception of the returned goods. Any additional costs eg. different type of delivery method then chosen by Charlie’s Clothing are non-refundable. Charlie's Clothing will refund with the same payment method as did the Customer in the initial transaction, unless agreed upon differently; no additional fee will be charged. No revocation is possible on custom made goods or when items are adapted or manufactured to the Customer’s specifications.
